Strategic success in Leopoldstadt: WALTER REAL ESTATE sells residential property to Quantum

With the successful sale of a high-quality residential project in the 2nd Vienna district to Quantum Immobilien KVG, WALTER REAL ESTATE is continuing its growth trajectory. The transaction emphasizes the high quality of our project developments and our portfolio and marks another important step in our strategic orientation.

The sold property in Pazmanitengasse boasts a central location and modern architecture. The building, completed in 2019, comprises around 50 freehold residential units as well as one commercial unit. With a mix of primarily 2- to 3-room apartments, all of which have private outdoor spaces such as balconies, terraces or loggias, the project perfectly serves the consistently high demand for urban living space in Vienna. At the time of sale, all areas are fully rented.

The sale to the Hamburg-based Quantum Immobilien KVG confirms the trust of institutional investors in the project developments of WALTER REAL ESTATE.
