Our project “Porzellangasse 47” has been a special part of our portfolio for many decades. An outstanding location and timeless building standards have always been convincing. In order to continue being attractive with these and other facets also in the future, the building will shine in a new, modern look from June 2024: The house overlooking the street has undergone an extensive renovation and will now impress visually and technically with modern elements. However the house facing the courtyard with a view of the picturesque Liechtenstein Park remains in its authentic splendour and has luxurious attic apartments with unique roof terraces.
