The Campus project clearly demonstrates the diverse range of real estate development at WALTER REAL ESTATE. A significant milestone on the path to completion was marked by the topping out ceremony on 26th March 2025. Together with the construction company and numerous guests, this important stage in the development of the new location was duly celebrated.
The WALTER REAL ESTATE development took the opportunity to highlight the excellent collaboration of all project participants in their opening speech. Special thanks went to the construction workers, whose commitment and perseverance made this progress possible.
Following the official part, a festival tent invited guests to a enjoy a relaxed evening with food and drinks. A DJ provided music and a good atmosphere. The completion of the shell construction marks a significant chapter in the project.Now the project team is concentrating on window installation, facade construction, interior finishing, and landscaping – all with the goal of realizing the WALTER GROUP Campus on schedule.
