6 gold awards for the sustainability of our residential construction projects

The projects Apollogasse 16–18 and Spengergasse 42 received the Gold certificate, the Hochsatzengasse 16, Lautensackgasse 16A, Leopold-Ernst-Gasse 10 and Marnogasse 3, which are currently still under construction, received the pre-certificate in Gold. Innovative thermal insulation, efficient heating systems and photovoltaic systems support the reduction of environmental pollution. Large window areas and well-thought-out room concepts create bright, comfortable apartments, while environmentally friendly materials further minimize the ecological footprint. The ÖGNI Awards underline our consistent commitment to future-oriented construction and the creation of living space that is ecologically sustainable, functionally high-quality and socially responsible.
