A special moment for two special residential projects: On 19th August, WALTER REAL ESTATE invited guests to a joint open house in Vienna's 14th district on the completion of Rondelle in Hochsatzengasse and VILLMA in Lautensackgasse.
Around 50 guests accepted the invitation and took the opportunity to view the houses, which are now ready for occupancy. After the topping-out ceremony last year, the open house marked the successful completion of the joint project development, and project manager Verena Heinthaler was able to celebrate the success with the entire project team. The focus was on one of Rondelle's garden apartments in Hochsatzengasse, which offered the perfect setting for the summer evening.
Together, the neighbouring houses form an exciting architectural interplay: Rondelle sets a striking accent in the residential area with its characteristic round shape, while VILLMA blends harmoniously into the established surroundings with timeless architecture and clear lines. Now the two exclusive residential addresses are ready for their future residents!
