At the beginning of 2025, there was a significant change in management at our company: Martin Senoner resigned from his position as Chairman of the Managing Board on 31st January 2025. We thank him sincerely for his many years of commitment, his foresight and his decisive contribution to the successful development of WALTER REAL ESTATE.
As of 1st February 2025, Stefan Wierzbinski officially assumes the chairmanship of the Managing Board, joining Günther Leitgeb and Alfred Bauer. As a proven industry expert, he brings extensive expertise in the real estate sector and can draw on his many years of experience in strategic corporate management and project development at national and international levels.
Under his leadership, the area of real estate development is to be further expanded – with the clear goal of positioning our company as an established player on the European real estate market with modern project developments in the commercial and residential sectors.
