In early May, the completion of the shell construction at our Scheffergasse 4 project was celebrated as a significant construction milestone. Together with the professionals involved in the construction, we celebrated this milestone and met for the topping out ceremony at the construction site in Mödling.
Not only did we celebrate another step towards the completion of the building, but we also acknowledged the tireless commitment of our construction workers. The traditional topping out payment was also included - a small gesture of appreciation for the commitment of the construction workers over the past few months.
Located in the middle of a charming residential area, the Scheffergasse project occupies a special place in our portfolio. We look forward to the upcoming construction phases and to being able to create a new living space with views of the countryside.
