Visible from afar, the topping-out tree high on the roof announced the construction progress at Leopold-Ernst-Gasse 10: The shell construction work for the LEONORA project was successfully completed – a significant milestone that was duly celebrated with an atmospheric topping-out ceremony.
At the invitation of the general contractor Schüller Bau, the project participants came together to celebrate this special moment together. The traditional topping-out speech not only celebrated what had been achieved, but also acknowledged the commitment of everyone who contributes daily to the progress of the project. The positive atmosphere at the topping-out ceremony reflected what defines LEONORA: Quality, partnership-based cooperation and the joy in creating living space with a future.
The high-quality LEONORA residential project, with 28 modern apartments and 10 car parking spaces, is being built in Vienna's 17th district. Clear architectural lines, well-thought-out floor plans, and a high standard of execution and comfort characterize the residential building. Project manager Verena Heinthaler oversees the implementation with great commitment and a clear focus on quality in every construction phase – so that the vision gradually becomes a home with a high quality of life.
The completion is planned for autumn 2026, and it is already clear that a special project is being created here.
