A pleasing milestone has been reached: on 26th November, the topping-out ceremony took place for our two neighbouring residential projects in Vienna's 14th district.
The topping-out ceremony for the Rondelle residential projects in Hochsatzengasse 16 and Villma in Lautensackgasse 16A, which are only a few metres apart, recently brought all project participants together for a joint milestone. The atmosphere was cordial - no wonder, as the two buildings in the 14th district are growing side by side and are developing as planned into two charming residential addresses with 15 and 7 residential units respectively.
The celebration was hosted by Swietelsky, our construction partner, who with a great deal of commitment ensured a successful afternoon. The event offered ample opportunity to publicly thank all participating trades.
The official ceremony was followed by a social gathering in a relaxed atmosphere, where project manager Verena Heinthaler was able to toast the interim goal achieved with the WALTER REAL ESTATE development team and numerous guests.
Both projects are well on schedule, with completion scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2026. Further information can be found at Projekt Rondelle and Villma.
