With the completion of the residential building at Marnogasse 3 in Vienna-Penzing at the end of July 2026, WALTER REAL ESTATE has completed a residential project that uniquely combines urban living and nature-oriented quality of life. 17 apartments have been built here on approximately 1,210 m² living area, and soon the first residents can move into their new home in a charming residential neighbourhood of Vienna.
