From 6th-8th October, the WALTER REAL ESTATE team was represented by 16 colleagues at EXPO REAL in Munich, the leading European trade fair for real estate and investments. With over 40,000 trade visitors from all over the world, EXPO REAL is regarded as the central industry event where trends are set, collaborations are formed and new projects are presented.
Our presentation at the joint "AUSTRIA" stand was a complete success: Numerous visitors took the opportunity to find out about our current project developments in the residential and commercial sector. In addition to the presentation of our projects, the focus was on exchanging ideas with investors, partners and industry experts. In exciting discussions, we were not only able to establish valuable contacts, but also to gain new impetus for the further development of our innovative real estate solutions.
The EXPO REAL 2025 has once again demonstrated how important networking and knowledge transfer are for the future of the real estate industry. For us, the trade fair was an inspiring meeting place and at the same time the ideal stage to present the strengths of WALTER REAL ESTATE. We look forward to continuing the dialogue - no later than at the next EXPO REAL!
