From 5th-7th October, Munich once again became the meeting place for the international real estate industry. WALTER REAL ESTATE was also represented at EXPO REAL by a team of 21 colleagues, joined for the first time by two colleagues from CONTAINEX Project.
As one of Europe's most important real estate trade fairs, EXPO REAL brings together the industry's latest developments, topics, and innovations. Particularly at a time when the real estate industry is changing rapidly, the trade fair offers a comprehensive overview and creates space for orientation and exchange.
And this personal exchange was precisely the focus for WALTER REAL ESTATE. Many familiar faces stopped by the stand while new contacts were made and interesting conversations took place with people from different areas of the real estate industry. It was about current projects, future endeavours and new perspectives.
The positive response was noticeable throughout the trade fair, and after three intense days, the team was able to take away valuable insights and new ideas from Munich.
