In 2026, several construction projects are nearing completion. Four residential buildings, which were developed, planned and implemented over a long period of time and with great dedication, are on the home straight. In addition, the WALTER GROUP Campus, a new office building for the WALTER GROUP's own use at the Wiener Neudorf location, will be completed.
The four residential projects could hardly be more different, and each brings its own special features: MARNOdrei in Vienna Penzing offers 17 modern apartments in a historic setting with generous windows and open spaces. LEONORA in the 17th district combines urban flair with a quiet location and has 28 stylish, light-flooded apartments overlooking the green courtyard. RONDELLE in Hochsatzengasse impresses with its round architecture and 15 exclusive apartments in a green residential area that offer a high level of living comfort. In addition to the residential projects, the WALTER GROUP Campus will also be completed in July this year.
