The “ANTON quarter development” is a great project with around 11,000 m² of usable space being built in Vienna’s 12th district. The project development consists of a total of 5 residential buildings along Anton-Scharff-Gasse, Arndtstraße and Kollmayergasse and comprises 129 apartments, 5 commercial units and 60 car parking spaces. During the planning the project team attaches great importance to numerous environmentally friendly aspects such as a sustainable energy concept based on geothermal energy.

n addition, the location of ANTON is worth highlighting as it impresses with its accessibility within walking distance to Mariahilfer Straße. The Westbahnhof is only 2 stops away on the U6 and numerous public transport options such as the bus lines 12A, 59A and 63A as well as the underground stations Längenfeldgasse and Margaretengürtel are nearby. Shops for everyday commodities such as drugstores and grocery stores, parks, kindergartens and restaurants are also available in the area.

The first of our two multi-family residential buildings in Toronto is located in the lively Leslieville district. Despite being close to the city centre the popular district has retained its small-town charm and is considered family-friendly with good infrastructure.

The light grey brick optical characteristic gives this building a futuristic flair and hypotheses that great importance was also attached to modern design in the interior decoration.

Real highlights are the 2 penthouse apartments which allow a fantastic view over the entire city. But all other apartments have open spaces such as terraces or balconies facing the green courtyard too.
